Weldable workpiece diameter: Φ50～300 mm, maximum length 3000 mm. The equipment consists of headstock, machine bed, manual/pneumatic support carriage, travel carriage, electric sliding frame, protective door, mobile operation box, welding torch system and other components.

During welding, one end of the workpiece is clamped by the 3-jaw chuck on the main spindle. A liftable support carriage can be adopted at the middle of the workpiece as required.

It is applicable to the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and other metal materials.

It is suitable for structural forms such as circumferential butt joints and fillet joints of various workpieces.

It supports multiple welding processes including TIG, MIG/MAG and PAW.
